NELOMAX has been running an entrepreneurship incubator for over 10 years, where ideas are turned into real ventures. Over the years, we have analyzed and implemented many innovative projects, connecting people with vision and the resources necessary to realize their ideas.

We have funds coming from private individuals and EU grants, which is why we operate responsibly and strategically. Each project is thoroughly analyzed—both in terms of innovation and real possibilities for implementation.

We do not invest in projects and ideas just for the sake of investing and we do not waste funds. If something has no chance of realization or could lead to a loss—we do not invest.

When we say "Project", we think "process" – from idea to implementation. Every NELOMAX Project has its own Project Manager, who acts as a leader and coordinator, as well as a Team of Specialists, each responsible for a specific stage of work.

Every Project ends with a real outcome – a report, campaign, product, or implementation. We do not limit ourselves to one field – the principles of Project management remain similar regardless of the industry they pertain to. Our goal is to conduct them in such a way that they become independent companies or that qualified enterprises can easily and effectively implement them.

Every Project at NELOMAX is a thoughtful process – from concept to implementation. We start with an analysis of potential and goals, then develop a model of operation and select the appropriate team and industry partners. We work in stages to ensure that each initiative has solid business, technological, and organizational foundations.

KARAMBIT Foundation training project

A next-generation training project that combines soft skills training, combat training, and leadership development programs into one cohesive educational system. It's a space where personal development meets operational practice, and social competencies are strengthened through tactical and strategic training.

Goal: The Karambit Foundation's goal is to develop modern leaders and citizens who can act effectively in crisis situations, build teams, make responsible decisions, and protect themselves and others—both professionally and privately.

Many Projects carried out by NELOMAX are covered by confidentiality agreements (NDA) that protect the interests of our business partners and investors.
